A framed art print of a classic American traditional tattoo flash sheet, seen straight on. A slim black wooden frame with a wide off-white mat surrounds the sheet; the sheet itself fills the picture. The sheet is aged cream manila paper with faint watercolour unevenness, slight yellowed edges and tiny foxing specks, lit by flat even daylight with no glow and no cast shadows. Title: at the top centre, the words "HOLD FAST" in huge Tuscan-style capitals filling about 75% of the sheet width. Thick stems and thin horizontals, short pointed wedge serifs at the top and bottom of each stem, and a small spur at the middle of each thick stem. Each letter has one heavy, even black outline. The left half of each thick stroke is solid black and the right half is flat saturated red with a hard straight edge, with two or three white highlight dashes on the red. Thin strokes and serifs are solid black. Flat opaque ink, no gradient, no 3D. Below the title, eight separate small designs are spaced across the sheet in a loose grid of two rows of four, with the nautical star and the ship as slightly larger anchors. Every shape has a heavy even black outline with solid black shading down one side: 1. a swallow in flight, with a sky blue and red body 2. a red rose with green leaves 3. an anchor wrapped in rope, with a mustard rope 4. a dagger through a red heart 5. a snarling panther head, black with a red mouth 6. a mustard nautical star 7. a sailing ship on stylised waves 8. a skull with a mustard-yellow banner of bone Small four-point sparkles, dots and short radiating lines fill the gaps between the designs. A small ribbon banner under the swallow reads "TRUE LOVE" in black capitals. At the bottom centre, a small line in black wedge-serif capitals reads "ORIGINAL FLASH · SET OF EIGHT" between two short rules. Palette: black, red, mustard yellow, leaf green, a little sky blue, all as solid flat fills on cream paper. Clean, crisp, hand-painted, wall-ready.
