Create a finished vertical 9:16 Christmas phone wallpaper in a cute, softly painted pastel storybook style. Keep the upper 45% of the image calm and low-detail: pale powder-blue winter sky with a gentle cream glow, only a few tiny faint snowflakes, leaving clear space for a phone clock and icons. In the lower half, show a small, round penguin wearing a bright cranberry-red knitted scarf and a cuddly white polar bear sitting close together in the snow, warmly sharing one little steaming mug of hot cocoa. The bear gently holds the mug between them; the penguin leans in with a happy, rosy-cheeked expression. Make both animals charming and distinct, with soft rounded shapes, tiny expressive eyes, subtle blush, and cozy friendly body language. Give the cocoa mug a simple pastel pattern and a tiny marshmallow on top. Add a small cluster of softly frosted evergreen sprigs and a few snow mounds near the bottom edges, framing the animals without crowding them. Use powder blue, pale lavender, warm cream, soft mint, and restrained cranberry red. Gentle diffuse winter light, delicate watercolor-like pigment blooms, fine paper texture, soft snow shadows, clean silhouettes, ample breathing room. Keep all key subjects comfortably within the screen margins. No words, letters, typography, border, phone frame, clock, widgets, or app icons.
