Service	FontVibe is an online service that uses AI to design and generate images, with a particular strength in text and lettering designs. Generating images uses Credits; the number consumed depends on the model and settings you choose.
Price	Prices for each plan are shown on the Pricing Page. Prices are in US dollars (USD). We do not charge consumption tax or other taxes on top of the displayed price.
Additional fees	Internet connection charges are borne by the customer. Because payments are in USD, your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
Payment methods	Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Payment timing	One-time purchases (credit packs): charged when you complete the purchase. Subscriptions: charged when you subscribe, then automatically on each monthly renewal date.
Delivery	Credits are added and usable immediately after payment. Images are delivered as soon as each generation completes. Credits from one-time packs do not expire.
Subscriptions	Term: renews automatically every month at the same price until cancelled. How to cancel: anytime from your Dashboard. When cancellation takes effect: you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. No prorated refunds for cancelling mid-period. Credits: each month’s Credits are granted at renewal; unused Credits do not roll over. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are charged the prorated difference immediately; downgrades are adjusted on your next invoice.
Returns & cancellations	If the Service is defective If a generation fails due to a system error, the Credits it consumed are returned to your account automatically. For any other defect, contact hello@fontvibe.ai; we will review the issue and remedy it, for example by restoring Credits. If the Service is not defective Due to the nature of digital services, purchases cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. However, Credits from one-time packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none have been used (contact hello@fontvibe.ai). Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
System requirements	A current major browser (latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) and a stable internet connection. No software installation required.
