Create a finished 2:1 horizontal matching anime PFP artwork, designed as two equal 1:1 square portraits side by side. The left square is for the boyfriend: an original anime boy. The right square is for the girlfriend: an original anime girl. Each character is a distinct, complete head-and-shoulders portrait, centered within their own square and safely inside a circular avatar crop. Keep both faces, heads, and hair fully within their own half; nothing important crosses the exact vertical center seam. Turn their gazes and shoulders slightly inward toward one another so the pair feels connected. Draw in a dark black-and-white manga style: clean expressive ink linework, solid black hair shapes, delicate hatching and dot screentone in the shadows, high contrast monochrome skin and clothing, and visible fine film grain. Give both characters vivid red eyes as the only saturated color accent, with crisp highlights in the irises. Let hard side light sculpt each face, catching wet hair and rain droplets while the opposite sides fall into deep shadow. Rain falls visibly across both halves; keep the background simple and dark, with a few soft, blurred night lights and a subtle shared rainy atmosphere, never busy behind the faces. Add a gentle dark vignette at the outer corners. Use a coordinated design and matching palette across both portraits, with subtly different hair silhouettes to distinguish them: short, tousled dark hair for him; long, dark hair with a few wet strands framing her face for her. Keep the portraits bold and immediately readable at small avatar size. No words, letters, captions, logos, watermarks, borders, or extra characters.
