A single bold old-school American traditional tattoo flash emblem for a T-shirt print, centred on a clean plain off-white background with a small amount of margin. Centrepiece: a large upright ship's anchor with a heavy, even black outline, a rope wrapped twice around its shank, filled flat mustard yellow with solid black shading down the right side of every shape. Two swallows with spread wings flank the anchor, one on each side, mirrored and diving upward, each with a flat sky-blue back, red chest, cream belly and forked tail, closed by heavy black outline with solid black shading along one side. Across the top, an arched headline reads "BLACK ANCHOR" in Traditional Tattoo lettering: bold upright Tuscan wedge-serif capitals with pointed wedge serifs and a small spur on each thick stem, wide sturdy proportions, every letter closed by a heavy black outline; thick stems split lengthwise, left half solid black, right half flat saturated red with a hard straight edge, two short white highlight dashes on the red half. Below the anchor, a curling ribbon banner with swallowtail ends folded behind, flat cream fill with black outline and black fold shadows, holds "TATTOO CO." in the same black wedge-serif capitals. Beneath the banner, a smaller line "EST. 2016" in solid black wedge-serif capitals flanked by two small red stars. Fill the gaps with small four-point black and mustard sparkles, dots, short radiating lines, and two red roses with green leaves tucked at the lower corners. Palette: black, red, mustard yellow, leaf green, a little sky blue, all solid flat fills. Evenly lit like printed paper, no gradients, no glow, no cast shadows, no 3D. Hand-painted flash print look with crisp closed linework.
