“When I see the devils eyes” is a Medieval text effect text effect created with FontVibe AI. Ancient manuscript-inspired typography with illuminated letterforms, parchment textures, ornate borders and medieval calligraphy.

illuminated manuscript atmosphere — warm amber candlelight as primary light source from upper right, casting directional warmth across aged parchment surfaces and making gold leaf accents flare with brilliant hot highlights. Color signature: rich jewel-tone pigments — deep ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green — the medieval manuscript palette applied as flat opaque hand-painted color zones glowing under candlelight. Burnished gold leaf accents contrast against aged ochre-cream vellum. Background: aged vellum parchment — warm cream-to-ochre with faint foxing marks and manuscript surface texture. When no specific material is defined by the font: deep ruby red or cobalt blue flat pigment fill with burnished gold leaf outer edges, aged parchment background, warm candlelight illumination. A haunting illuminated manuscript composition evoking a dark grimoire or forbidden scripture, the aged vellum parchment surface stained deep ochre with spreading foxing marks and faint water damage bleeding at the edges. The two-line verse 'When I see / the devils eyes' is rendered as sacred scripture gone sinister — dominant letters filled with deep ruby red pigment, veined with cracks as though the color itself is bleeding through the vellum, outer edges burnished with tarnished gold leaf that catches the candlelight in cold, unsettling flares. The single amber candle flame positioned to the upper right casts dramatic raking light across the parchment, throwing the letterforms into sharp relief with long shadows pooling in the valleys of the vellum texture. Surrounding the text, fine ink illustration work in the manner of a medieval scribe gone mad — serpentine demons with hollow eye sockets peer from the margins, their eyes rendered as burning gold leaf discs that echo the verse's meaning. A border of interlocked thorned Celtic knotwork frames the composition in deep cobalt blue and tarnished gold, interrupted at the corners by grotesque mask motifs. Scattered across the background: scattered crimson wax drips, smeared ink strokes, a feathered quill resting at the edge. The overall atmosphere is cold devotional dread — a sacred text transformed into something dark and forbidden, the warmth of the candlelight barely holding against the encroaching shadow.
