A forearm tattoo of the name "Natalia" in large black Old English blackletter with a long underline, plus a small script "natalia" beneath it. The lettering is solid blue-black on fair skin, set diagonally across the forearm in front of a dark blurred background. Replace the name, the small second line or the body placement to make your own piece.

Vertical 3:4 photorealistic editorial tattoo portrait. A close-up of a woman’s inner forearm held diagonally from lower-left to upper-right, light-medium warm skin with visible pores, fine arm hair, and a narrow halo of natural pinkness around fresh needlework. The tattoo is the focal point: render the exact primary text “Natalia” across the inner forearm in custom ornate blackletter lettering. Build each letter with a dense medieval gothic skeleton, tall narrow proportions, deep black vertical stroke mass, pronounced thick-to-thin contrast, angular broken curves, sharply pointed terminals, and curling hairline flourishes extending from the capital N and final a. Add a fine hand-drawn underline swash beneath the full name. Fresh blue-black tattoo ink, matte saturated centers, slightly raised ink edges, minute organic spread at joins, crisp precise needle lines. Below the swash, set the exact smaller text “natalia” in tiny restrained handwritten script, following the forearm’s contour; it reads as a subtle secondary inscription rather than competing with the main tattoo. Strong raking studio light from upper-right catches the raised hairline flourishes and skin texture; soft warm shadow falls to lower-left. Background is a heavily defocused charcoal tattoo studio wall with one vague amber practical light, no face, no other readable text, shallow depth of field, 85mm macro photo, high-resolution documentary tattoo photography. Keep ample clean skin around the tattoo and make every rendered letter fully legible.
