"SCARIEST MOVIE EVER?" is a Halloween-style voting poster with a dark, bold horror look. Glowing blue condensed capitals sit in a stacked layout beneath a metallic film reel, with a shadowy clawed monster on a theater screen and a projector beam in a black room. Swap in your own headline and the second line, such as "VOTE BELOW", to make a poll graphic for any topic.

Create a finished 9:16 vertical social-media story for a phone screen. Render exactly two text lines, spelled and punctuated exactly: headline “SCARIEST MOVIE EVER?” and secondary line “VOTE BELOW”. Keep both lines large, centered, and fully readable at thumbnail size; set the headline in the middle band with the secondary directly beneath it. Use thick, tightly controlled condensed display sans capitals with broad open counters and clean letter silhouettes, finished in icy electric-blue enamel with restrained pale-blue edge light. No drips or cracks through the letterforms. Build a spooky, non-gory horror-cinema scene in deep black and cold blue: a floating strip of torn film curls around a large battered silver film reel, with a faint, indistinct monster-shaped shadow cast across an abandoned cinema screen behind it. Keep the subject secondary to the words; add restrained blue projector beams, thin ground fog, and a few drifting dust particles. High contrast, deep black negative space, hard blue rim light, crisp cinematic detail. Do not add any other text, logos, icons, app interface elements, or poll graphics. Reserve the top 15% as uncluttered dark negative space. Place the subject above the copy. Keep the two text lines within the central safe area. Reserve the bottom 20% as a completely plain, empty, uninterrupted black band for the client to add a poll later; no texture, props, light effects, or text may enter this band. Keep every key element well inside the side margins.
