"HI" is a greeting emote for Twitch chat, in a friendly cartoon style. A small yellow waving hand sits beside two chunky blue letters, both wrapped in a white rim and dark outline, on a plain light blue square. Remake it with your own greeting, such as HEY or YO, and pick your colors.

Create a square 1:1 Twitch chat emote, designed to remain instantly legible when reduced to 28 × 28 px. Show one small, bright yellow waving hand on the left, next to the exact lettering “HI” on the right. The hand has a simple silhouette, four clearly separated rounded fingers and a bold navy cuff; avoid tiny lines or details. Set “HI” in oversized, chunky, custom-drawn blue uppercase letters with broad strokes, compact spacing, open counters and rounded corners. Keep the letters upright and unmistakable at tiny size. Treat the hand and lettering as one compact die-cut sticker: crisp dark navy outline immediately around the colored forms, then a thick clean white outer rim around the complete silhouette. Flat, solid color fills; no gradients, texture, shadows, glow, extra text, symbols, props or decoration. Center the hand-and-word pair, filling about 80% of the canvas while leaving a clear safety margin. Use a single plain, solid pale blue background. Clean vector-like edges, strong color separation, high contrast; no scene or background detail.
