Create a complete portrait 2:3 horror comic cover for the title “HIV”. Render only these exact text strings, with clear spelling and no other lettering: top issue line “ISSUE 01 · SEPTEMBER 2026”; huge main title “HIV”; lower tagline “THE BELLS RING BELOW.” The title is the dominant element, occupying about 80% of the cover width on one centered line. Use custom heavy horror-display letterforms with compact proportions, thick strokes, tight spacing, and distinctive blood-drip terminals. The letter bodies are dense, glossy deep-crimson blood with visible surface tension, bright arterial-red highlights along thinner streams, dark clotted recesses, and large rounded teardrop drops hanging from the lower edges. Blood gathers in near-black pools at the letter bases; preserve legibility of every letter. Behind and beneath the title, show a narrow Gothic chapel interior receding into darkness: a tall pointed doorway, ribbed stone arches, and a small altar barely visible inside. Black stone surfaces are streaked with thick crimson blood that runs downward in gravity-pulled streams and collects in dark pools on the floor. The chapel is a supporting scene, not a second focal point. Use a pure-black to near-black background, deep crimson blood (#CC0000 to #3D0000), and a dim cold-red side rim light from the right. Hard directional side light catches convex wet surfaces; clotted areas remain matte and nearly black. Photoreal practical-effects liquid, high-contrast chiaroscuro, detailed surface tension, restrained red bloom, cinematic depth, no warm hues, no extra colors, no decorative icons, no extra copy, no border. Layout: issue line small at the top; title centered across the upper third; chapel doorway and altar occupy the central field; tagline sits in a clean lower band; keep all text distinct from the illustration and within generous cover margins.
