Irezumi-style koi tattoo design for a sleeve or arm placement, showing a koi leaping up a waterfall. A red-orange koi with black-shaded scales climbs blue cascades between dark rocks, cherry blossoms, grey clouds and green-blue crashing waves, all in bold black outlines. Swap in your own fish, colours or flowers, or place it on your own arm or photo mockup.

A Japanese traditional irezumi tattoo design for a half sleeve, drawn as a flat hand-inked graphic with no text, on a plain pale cream-white ground with a generous clean margin all round. A tall vertical composition in a gentle S-curve. At the centre, a large koi swims upward against a cascading waterfall, body arched diagonally, head high and mouth open, tail whipping below. Every scale is an outlined overlapping crescent, with bold fins and whiskers. Koi colour is vermilion red-orange with cream highlights and black-shaded scale edges, graded smoothly to black at the tail and fin tips. The waterfall is a ribbon of parallel flowing water lines in indigo blue, curving over dark rocks with black outlines and tapering to white spray. At the base, big crashing waves with curled claw-like foam tips in deep indigo and jade green, with spiral swirls. At the top, scrolling stylised clouds and curling wind bars in black and grey, fading out into the bare ground. Cherry blossoms in peony pink with cream centres and a few drifting petals are scattered down the left and right sides and around the koi, with a few thin black branches. Bold, thick, consistent black outlines throughout, open shapes with clear gaps between elements so a tattoo artist can trace the stencil easily. Smooth black gradient shading in the water and waves. Flat even lighting, no cast shadows, no photographic rendering, no frames, no banners, no gang symbols.
