“DOT MATRIX AN INDEPENDENT PRINT ZINE WEEKLY SIGNALS FROM THE PRINT UNDERGROUND ISSUE 01 • 18 SEPTEMBER 2026 READ / MAKE / REPEAT” is a Pop Art text effect text effect created with FontVibe AI. Lichtenstein comic capitals filled with Ben-Day dots in flat red and yellow, thick black outlines and a hard drop shadow, bursting from a starburst on a dotted blue ground.

Create a finished vertical zine cover, 3:4, in a strict flat vintage comic-print / Roy Lichtenstein language: zero gradients, zero photographic realism, zero soft shadows, flat silk-screen inks only. Full-bleed white comic panel framed by a thick black rectangular border. Top 12%: small condensed black uppercase text, exactly “AN INDEPENDENT PRINT ZINE”, centered. Main masthead occupies the central 44%: exact text “DOT” on the first line and “MATRIX” on the second, each line almost full width. Custom hand-traced comic display lettering: thick flat-brush strokes, slight controlled width variation, rounded corners with black ink accumulation at joins. Every contour and counter has a thick, absolutely uniform hard black outline. Leave a clean bare-white inset channel between outline and fill. Fill “DOT” with flat red and large uniform yellow Ben-Day circles; fill “MATRIX” with flat blue and large uniform red Ben-Day circles. Dots are individually visible, circular, precisely aligned on a 45-degree offset grid, never touching the black outline. Each word throws a solid black hard-edge 45-degree lower-right shadow. Behind masthead: oversized jagged yellow explosion starburst with black outline, partly cropped at left and right; upper corners carry flat blue dot fields, lower corners flat red dot fields. No blended color. Lower 26%: hero subject, a compact retro dot-matrix printer seen front-on, drawn as a flat black-outlined comic object. It ejects a curled white continuous-feed paper strip with black sprocket holes; the strip carries a blue halftone grid and a red burst symbol. Place it beneath the masthead without obscuring text. Bottom information strip: exact text “WEEKLY SIGNALS FROM THE PRINT UNDERGROUND” in uppercase black; beneath it, exact text “ISSUE 01 • 18 SEPTEMBER 2026” in uppercase black. At lower right, a small red circular seal with thick black outline, exact text “READ / MAKE / REPEAT” on three stacked lines in white. Strong centered hierarchy, crisp screen-print registration, primary red #E52521, primary yellow #FFD21E, primary blue #1677C8, white, and black only.
