"He had no body to go with!" is a Halloween party joke poster with a sad skeleton, in a playful cartoon style. Rounded orange, green and purple dripping letters sit above a skeleton in a party hat on a purple sofa, beside a glowing pumpkin and a black cat. Swap in your own joke or message to remake it, changing the question line, the punchline or the party details.

Create a finished square 1:1 Halloween joke card for children and families, designed to remain readable at phone-thumbnail size and when printed small on cardstock. Use a bright, friendly cartoon-Halloween style with a clean pumpkin-orange, slime-green, spooky-purple and warm-cream palette; no horror, gore, blood, or extra text. Set exactly these two lines of copy, with no additions: smaller setup first, “Why didn't the skeleton go to the party?”; then the much larger, boldest punchline, “He had no body to go with!” Preserve punctuation and wording exactly. Letter the punchline in plump, bouncy, slightly wobbly rounded display letters, thick dark outlines, candy-bright fills, a soft cartoon highlight and gentle glow; use only a few small playful ooze drips that do not obscure the letters. Set the setup in a smaller, sturdy rounded sans with clear spacing and high contrast. Composition: generous safe margins; setup centered in the upper 14%; punchline centered directly below in the next 30%, split across two balanced lines if needed; a simple, clearly readable illustration occupies the lower half, separated from the words. Show a friendly, visibly boneless skeleton sitting alone on a small couch, shoulders slightly slumped, wearing a bright party hat; its empty arm space and a few colorful party streamers make the joke instantly understandable. Give the skeleton a cheerful, non-scary cartoon expression. Add a small pumpkin-orange moon, a few stars and restrained Halloween accents around the edges, never crowding the text. Deep purple night-sky card background, soft orange lantern-like glow behind the illustration, crisp edges, flat cheerful color with gentle cartoon shading, print-ready high contrast, no text-like marks or lettering in the illustration.
