Create a finished, joyful kids’ birthday party banner in a broad 16:9 landscape composition. Set only these exact words, with no extra lettering: “HOORAY, IT’S PARTY TIME!” as a small, friendly eyebrow at the top; “LILY’S” as the large first headline; “RAINBOW BIRTHDAY” directly beneath it as the bold, prominent occasion line; and “LET’S CELEBRATE!” as a smaller supporting line near the bottom. Preserve the spelling, apostrophes and casing exactly. Make the lettering easy to read at a glance. Build the headline from chunky, bold, rounded balloon letters with extreme spherical inflation, hemisphere-rounded terminals and ultra-glossy candy lacquer. Every individual letter—including every letter in the small lines—contains its own complete, vivid vertical ROYGBIV gradient: red at the top, then orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet at the bottom. Never assign one color per letter or run one rainbow across a whole word. Use full, saturated rainbow color, not pastel. Add bright near-white circular specular highlights to each letter’s raised apex and soft, colorful contact shadows. Stage the text against a bright sky-blue birthday-party setting, with a soft pastel rainbow arch behind the lettering, warm golden-hour bokeh, cheerful balloon clusters, scattered confetti and a few soft white clouds. Add one clear hero prop: a small, beautifully decorated birthday cake with rainbow frosting and a single lit candle at the lower right, kept separate from and not covering any words. Keep the background lively but uncluttered; preserve clear contrast and generous breathing room around the lettering. Warm sunlight from the upper right gives the glossy letters brilliant highlights. The finished banner feels exuberant, welcoming and made for Lily’s celebration. Render no other text, numbers or logos.
