"Merry Christmas" greeting card in a vintage mid-century Christmas style. A red script greeting sits on a framed sign above a mantel with holly garland, stocking and fireplace, with a decorated tree and gifts at left and a large blank cream area in the centre. Replace the greeting, add a name or message in the empty centre, and change the sign text to personalise it.

Create a finished 16:9 vintage Christmas video-call background, illustrated like a mid-century holiday card kept for decades. Show an old-fashioned parlour, with the room's decorations framing the edges and a deliberately quiet, uncluttered central area for the caller. Keep the middle 40% of the canvas mostly open: warm cream wall, restrained detail, no furniture, tree branches, lettering, or bright ornaments behind the person's head and shoulders. At the far left, place a charming Christmas tree with simple painted pine-green boughs, small cherry-red and mustard ornaments, and a few stylized cream snowflakes. On the right, show part of a traditional fireplace and mantel with restrained holly and a small candle. Hang one clearly visible rectangular framed sign high on the right wall, safely outside the central open area. The sign is aged cream paper in a narrow dark-green frame, with the exact words “Merry Christmas” in large, legible cherry-red Victorian cafe display script. Make the capital letters generously swashed, bold and italic with pronounced thick downstrokes, fine hairline upstrokes, connected fluid lowercase, and graceful tapered terminal flourishes. Render the letters as flat printed red ink, with subtle imperfect color registration—not raised, metallic, or glowing. Use flat, even printed light and painted-in highlights, never realistic photographic shading. Limit the faded palette to cream, teal, pine green, cherry red, and mustard. Add fine card-stock grain, softly worn corners, simple printed outlines, and just a touch of glitter-like painted snow on the tree and mantel. Keep the room welcoming and detailed around the perimeter, but preserve clear, quiet negative space in the center. No people, extra text, logos, or watermark.
