"Stella Puff" is a VTuber debut announcement post with a holographic glossy bubble name. Below the name sits an empty lace-trimmed circular avatar frame with tiny wings, then the first stream time, Saturday 9 PM JST, among pastel clouds, stars, hearts and bows.

Create a finished 4:5 vertical VTuber debut announcement post, a polished pastel streamer graphic with clear, correctly spelled typography. Use a bright cream-white grid-paper background with faint paper grain and tiny polka dots. Keep airy margins and soft even daylight, gentle highlight bloom, and soft shadows only. Palette: baby pink, sky blue, a small amount of lilac, and cream. Layout: top eyebrow “VTuber Debut” centered in a small rounded UI title bar; three tiny dot buttons at its left. Below it, the dominant headline “Stella Puff” centered and large, occupying the upper fifth of the canvas. Give the headline custom rounded, flowing anime display letterforms with broad smooth strokes and open counters. The letters are translucent crystal, with a pink-to-lavender-to-pale-cyan internal gradient and visible luminous depth; add an ultra-thin iridescent metallic perimeter, cool near-white upper highlights, warm pastel lower reflections, and a subtle inward glow. Put precise 2–3 px rainbow dispersion at letter apexes and terminals, with a few needle-fine six-point diffraction rays emerging from the letter surfaces. Keep all effects attached to the type, not as sticker overlays. Center a large, empty rounded avatar window, about one third of the canvas height, edged in soft sky blue and baby pink, with a delicate lace-scalloped lower edge and a slim info bar. Leave its interior clean and open for the streamer’s avatar; do not place a person or mascot inside. Place the supporting line “First Stream” beneath the window, then the practical detail “Saturday · 9PM JST” in a compact pastel info panel, followed by “see you there!” on a small ribbon tab at the bottom. Preserve this exact wording and reading order. Scatter a few small pastel cloud, bow, heart, four-point sparkle, and star stickers around the outer margins without covering any text or the open avatar window. Keep the composition cute, bright, spacious, and recognizably built from soft streamer UI panels. Crisp print-ready edges, legible type, polished dimensional crystal lettering; no extra words, logos, dates, platform names, or watermarks.
