"Pumpkin Carving Contest" is a Halloween flyer for a community block party, styled as a dark, spooky night scene. The words are carved into a huge glowing orange pumpkin, with smaller pumpkins, green slime drips and a full moon around it, and the event details sit below. Swap in your own event name, date, location and prize or tool notes to make a flyer for your own gathering.

Create a finished vertical 3:4 community-event flyer, print-ready poster composition. Render every quoted text string exactly as written. At the top, small curved eyebrow text: “RIVERSIDE BLOCK PARTY”. Centered beneath, the dominant two-line headline fills 62% of the canvas width: “PUMPKIN” / “CARVING CONTEST”. Design every headline letter as a hollow carving cut into a single enormous jack-o-lantern: thick ridged orange pumpkin rind, waxy sheen, rough pumpkin-flesh bevels, warm orange-yellow candle flame visible through each hollow letter, subtle irregular candle flicker and light spill onto nearby fog. Keep the carved letters crisp and fully readable. Make the jack-o-lantern the hero prop in the center-lower area, seated on a weathered wooden picnic table at Riverside Park. Surround its base with small uncarved pumpkins, a safe carving scoop, curled rind shavings, and a few strands of bright green slime; stretch fine silver-white spiderweb strands between the headline and nearby branches. Behind it: deep indigo night sky, oversized pale full moon, tiny bat silhouettes, crooked tombstones and bare twisted trees in silhouette, low purple fog. Add warm candlelight from the pumpkin and cool moon rim light on props; pumpkin-orange, slime-green, and purple accents against dark navy. Playful trick-or-treat scene, clean community-event poster, no gore, no blood, no logos, no devices. Below the pumpkin, centered high-contrast detail lines: “SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 · 3–6 PM”, then “RIVERSIDE PARK · MAIN LAWN”. At the bottom, place a green slime-edged ticket-strip badge reading “FREE TO ENTER · PRIZES AT 5:30”, with a final small line “BRING A PUMPKIN · TOOLS PROVIDED”. Use compact cream lettering for all supporting copy, with generous spacing and sharp legibility.
